Reservations can only be accommodated through Open Table. If you have an inquiry for a reservation for a big party (12 people and more) please send us an email at reservations@yamasatx.com

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all, we must be open about our limitations due to the high volume of visitors and constant foot traffic. While we cannot guarantee seating precisely at the time of your reservation, rest assured that we do not wish to cause delays or rush anyone during their meal.

Our primary goal is to minimize any waiting time and provide you with a pleasant dining experience. Restaurant Reservation Weather Policy

Our restaurant is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience, regardless of weather conditions. This policy specifies our guidelines for managing reservations when faced with adverse weather, as well as our cancellation policy under normal circumstances.

This policy applies to all reservations at our restaurant, including both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements.

Policy Details:

  1. Weather-Related Cancellations:

    • Our restaurant does not cancel reservations due to weather unless mandated by local or state authorities for safety reasons.

    • Guests are encouraged to consider weather forecasts when making reservations, especially for outdoor seating.

  2. Outdoor Seating and Weather Impact:

    • Outdoor seating is subject to weather conditions. If adverse weather like rain or extreme heat occurs, we will endeavor to accommodate guests indoors, subject to availability.

    • If indoor seating is not available, guests may reschedule their reservation for another date or cancel without penalty.

  3. General Cancellation Policy:

    • All cancellations, regardless of cause, must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time will incur a $25 cancellation fee per person, which will be specified at the time of booking.

  4. Reservation Rescheduling:

    • Guests impacted by adverse weather conditions, or for any other reason, have the option to reschedule their reservation without additional charges, provided they notify the restaurant at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to table availability and operational hours.

  5. Communication:

    • Guests with concerns about weather impacts on their reservation are encouraged to contact the restaurant directly. Our team will provide information about seating availability and potential adjustments.

    • Notifications of any mandatory closures or changes in operational hours due to extreme weather will be communicated through our official website and social media channels.

The restaurant is not liable for any inconvenience, expense, or damage resulting from the cancellation or delay of reservations due to weather conditions.
